AANMELDING WACHTLIJST

Wij aanvaarden enkel nog nieuwe patiënten uit Veurne – centrum. We krijgen momenteel zeer veel nieuwe aanmeldingen. Te veel om allemaal tegelijk te kunnen behandelen.
Daarom werken we met een wachtlijst. We doen ons best om iedereen zo snel mogelijk te contacteren.

Bent u geen vaste patient in onze praktijk? Gelieve GEEN online afspraak te maken maar uw gegevens via mail door te geven aan dhaenincksigrid@hotmail.com.
(vaste patiënt = een GMD. Ooit al 1 of meerdere keren in de praktijk op consultatie zijn geweest betekent niet dat u vaste patiënt bent!). We respecteren de volgorde van de wachtlijst en contacteren u van zodra mogelijk. Mogen we u vragen deze afspraak correct na te leven.
